We will be receiving your order during normal working hours Monday thru Friday. Unless you have specified a preferred date, your Ruby Dry / DH600 order will be dispatched for delivery the following working day providing your order was received prior to 1pm on a normal working day otherwise we will dispatch the following working day. The Ruby Dry / DH600 can be delivered to an alternative to your card address if required. The delivery company will be UK Mail.
Please Note: The Ruby Dry is not suitable for use within very small enclosed areas where no ventilation exists or where humidity levels are in excess of 85%rH. Where very high humidity exists or it is exceptionally damp it may be required initially to use additional heating in conjunction with the dehumidifier for a short period. Once relative humidity has lowered from around 85-90% any additional heating can be turned off.
Filter Cleaning: It is extremely important that air intake filters including the carbon filter should be checked every 2 weeks. They should be removed and washed if dirty. The carbon filter must be in place at all times to protect the machine. When checking filters, hold up the carbon filter to a window and looking through the black carbon side check that you have an even spread of light penetrating through the filter. If the carbon filter appears blocked then remove this filter and wash in a neutral detergent, rinse and dry and then refit to the main filter.
